Live Dentistry Arena at the Greater New York Dental Meeting 2019
The Greater New York Dental Meeting, the largest and most popular dental exposition in the United States, held its 95th annual session from December 1st to 4th, 2019. The meeting featured over 1,700 exhibit booths and hundreds of continuing education courses for registered attendees of over 50,000 professionals. Out of the many continuing education courses that were provided, one of the most highly anticipated education events was the Guided Implant Surgery: A Live Patient Demonstration by Dr. Aeklavya Panjali.
As a proud partner of Vatech, Dr. Panjali showcased our Green CT 2 machine and Ez3D-i software in the live dentistry arena. Dr. Panjali strongly advocated the importance and necessity of utilizing a CBCT for implant surgery, to achieve the ultimate goals in implant dentistry. His personal views on implants consist of using up-to-date reliable technology and innovation for simplicity and predictability, which will ultimately assist in providing minimally invasive and more efficient procedures.
Dr. Aeklavya Panjali, who is currently practicing at Sunshine Dental in Watertown, NY, is a graduate of New York University’s College of Dentistry and holds a Master’s Degree in Dental Implants. With over 23 years of experience, he is considered a leading authority in Implant Dentistry. Dr. Panjali is a Fellow of the Academy of General Dentistry and has attained the title of Diplomate of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists (ICOI), which is the highest credential awarded by the ICOI.
