Vatech China Held a Symposium for China’s Top Dealers

Vatech China invited 80 executives and employees from its major dealerships in China and held a symposium from October 12th to the 22nd, on the beautiful Korean island of Jeju.

Vatech China invited 80 executives and employees from its major dealerships in China and held a symposium from October 12th to the 22nd, on the beautiful Korean island of Jeju.

The objective of the Symposium was to nurture the relationship between Vatech and their dealers as long-term partners, a good friend (Ewoo in Chinese) relationship that meets the company’s culture, rather than a simple transaction-based relationship.

A representative from each agency stood on stage and showed the audience their sales skills. Among the attendees, the Live Sales Contest was the most popular event on the meeting agenda. The unprecedented transition, from simple competition events to sharing information and acquiring knowledge, led to a high volume of participation. No wonder participants voted the Live Sales Contest as their favorite part of the Symposium!

I could realize, once again, that Vatech is a world-class company. I was very touched by the fact that they don’t consider their dealership a mere seller, but rather a long-term friend who can grow together in the long run.

It has been a year since Green Smart has launched in China and there has been a lot of difficulties, both large and small. It was a very meaningful time for all of us to celebrate our hard work and congratulate our achievements together.

Below is a testimony from Ms. Chenxueyu, who prepared and organized the symposium.

It was very meaningful that Vatech China and all five major dealerships of China gathered together for the first time, as one group, in Korea. Secondly, there was great significance in sharing this time together near the year-end closing, which reflected the biggest achievements and changes since VCN’s first launch. One year after the launch of the Green Smart, Vatech became the number one rival of numerous competitors. It’s been a tough yet rewarding journey.

The dealerships have been constantly interacting with customers and competitors for the past year. The more interaction they have, the more they wanted to learn and educate themselves in depth about the Green Smart. We are glad that we were able to hold the Symposium and provide an opportunity to learn from each other.

During the phase of launching the Green Smart for the first time, many were filled with hope and excitement. Even though it has been a year since the launch of the Green Smart, VCN and the dealers want to have the same feelings of hope and excitement as they did a year ago.

Thanks to the active participation of the dealerships and the generous support of the headquarters, the event was a huge success. For the past three months, VCN organized an open house event, a CDS exhibition in August, and the Jeju Island Symposium in September. This was made possible by the time and effort of not only the dealerships and headquarters, but also all the people who helped support the event.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank all the dealers and attendees for their encouragement and applause, as well as our marketing team members who worked harder than anyone else to prepare for the Symposium. VCN will continue to lead the market by strengthening its partnership with dealers, to provide innovative products and value-added services to the Chinese oral industry. Vatech is by far the No. 1 player in the 2D panoramic unit market and has been a sensation in the 3D CBCT (Dental CT used in high-value-added care, such as implants) market since last year. China’s sales accounted for 52% of Asia’s total sales in the previous year, reaching about 303 billion USD, and is expected to continue rising this year.
